pure being

only remain with pure being...
and dont leave it for the world...
even if all glittering is offered...
...see...the glittering is nothing...

just dont grab what appears

you cannot go beyond the mind...because you are already beyond the mind...only because of wrong identification you ignore this...you dont have to let go of anything...just dont grab what appears...what appears and disappears is not you...you are the seer behind everything that is coming and going...

be free...and a light to everything

as long as there is attachment to the movements of the mind
there will be appearent ups and downs...
nights and days...is dependent of the sun...
but the sun is not dependent of the nights and the days...
be like the sun...free...and a light to everything

what goes up must come down

from the personal point of view...there is a million things to do...
but it all comes down to climbing up and away from pain...
and falling down again...this buisness is all the person ever cares about...some moments of reliefe is longer than others but they all comes to an end...sooner or later...all the person can do is to close the eyes to this fact and continue on the same road for as long as one wants to feed a life of blindness....

the dream

when the dream is taken to be real...
looking for a bridge to cross the river of pain...
will look like a really good idea...
but for some reason the perfect bridge is never found...
why ?
...because all bridges are made of marmelade...
one gets stuck at the bridge instead of crossing it...
and with time all marmelade grow mouldy...

the non-existing game

thats the common game...the life of the non-existing entities...trying to climb just a little higher on the non-existing roap from hell...hell is what they want...hell is what they get...roap is what they search...roap is what they hope to find...its all just a trying to avoid the non-existing hell...the game...blindness

no efforts for direction
no striving for anything

I am the light

for over twenty years I took myself for a body in a world...this game of self-identification is everything to most people...they dont know thier own light...so they search for glimpses of happiness where ever the mind directs...release all weights and you will be flying above all things...

the sorrow-man

the man of sorrow is a hollow shell of darkness...
he travels the lands and the seas for anything
that appears to reflect the beams of the sun...
his life is a long and more or less painful road
with short moments of pleasure...
this road is all he knows...
all he has...all he is...
the sorrow-man
...that is not even real but only an appearance

glittering appears because of light

why look for apparent light-moments or light-things in the land of the mind...when there is nothing but darkness there...
its because of you being pure light itself that the things of the mind is glittering before you...without your light there would be no glittering...
its all right to shine your light everywhere...you cant help it...but there is no point in focusing your attention on what is shoned at...you only get lost in the mind...
abide in thy light...and watch the light give life to the mind...

total freedom

when one is not concerned with the mind and its world...
one is totaly free...and in that freedom, love comes like a wind from whitin ...thats the light that shines over all...over the mind and its creations...abide in that and stay aware...and you will know that there is nothing to learn...

freedom from the unreal

abide in self attention

when there is the reflex to focus on something...
then only leave that reflex to itself and abide in self attention...

attachment to the unreal leads away from the real

if there is attachment to something... that very attachment is a going away from your real and natural nature... and that is taking oneself for what one is not...

attention of what you are is the way to paradise

how can anyone find the way to paradise...
when all looking for it...is ignoring it...
